We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at the Gastroenterology Clinic in Bellevue. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in routine nursing situations, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment: Assist in the assessment of patient/consumer need for care and communicate with RN/MD providers appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Plan of Care: Contribute pertinent information to the plan of care and assist in monitoring care.
- Implementation: Provide nursing interventions safely and competently and report relevant findings to RN/MD in a timely manner.
- Evaluation: Assist in evaluating patient/consumer response to care through communication and observation.
- Practical Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Practical Nurse required at hire
- Basic Life Support required at hire
- Recent ambulatory care experience is preferred
- Knowledge of electronic patient charting systems
