LPN - Gastroenterology Clinic (40 hours Bellevue)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Gastroenterology Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients in routine nursing situations. Under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician, you will assist in the assessment of patient/consumer need for care and communicate with RN/MD providers appropriately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment: Assist in the assessment of patient/consumer need for care and communicate with RN/MD providers appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Plan of Care: Contribute pertinent information to the plan of care and assist in monitoring care.
- Implementation: Provide nursing interventions safely and competently and report relevant findings to RN/MD in a timely manner.
- Evaluation: Assist in evaluating patient/consumer response to care through communication and observation.
- Practical Nurse License (Washington) required at hire
- Basic Life Support required at hire
