Physician Affiliate Group of New York Seeks Hospitalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. As a Hospitalist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Supervise Internal Medicine residents on rotation on the General Medicine floors, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Manage inpatient care, including administrative tasks and coordination with other healthcare teams.
- Performance Improvement: Participate in hospital-wide performance improvement and patient safety initiatives, driving excellence in patient care.
- Schedule and Call Duties: Work a Monday-to-Friday schedule with one weekend day, with call duties as needed and compensated above salary.
- Licensure and Certification: Current NYS license (or ability to obtain one) and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $193,000 - $199,000.
- Exceptional Benefits: Receive 10% 401K company contribution after one year of service, with 3% company contribution starting day one, and excellent medical, dental, and paid time off programs.
- Professional Development: Participate in CME days and dollars, and be eligible for loan forgiveness through the National Student Debt Forgiveness Center.
