Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Neurologist to join our team as an Adult Neuro-Hospitalist Specialist at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. As a key member of our neurology department, you will provide expert care to patients on the General Neurology Inpatient and Outpatient services.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients on the General Neurology Inpatient Service, including consultations and admissions.
- Attend to General Neurology Outpatient Practice while not on the inpatient service.
- Supervise and teach Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows, participating in educational activities of the Neurology Service.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities of the Neurology Service.
- Attend and participate in Neurology Service Faculty meetings.
- EEG reading is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
- Current licensed NYS registration certificate.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Adult Neurology.
- Completion of Adult Neurology Residency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of clinical experience.
