Sales Representative

Alro Steel Corporation is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Morrisville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base, pricing and processing orders, solving customer delivery and material challenges, and interacting with operations on behalf of the customer.
Responsibilities:- Manage and grow an existing customer base to drive sales growth and revenue
- Process orders and resolve customer delivery and material challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Previous metals sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
