We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Surgical team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, identifying, and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, communicating effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with evidence-based practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience in inpatient surgery.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
