Job Overview

This is a leadership role in our Behavioral Health Department, overseeing the clinical staff and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services, experience in staff supervision, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and train clinical staff, including therapists and support personnel.
  2. Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and implement treatment plans and policies.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as BHO, DBHR, and TJC.
  4. Maintain accurate records and report progress to stakeholders.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the department's goals.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling or social sciences.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mental health services and staff supervision.
  • State clinical supervisor certification.
  • Relevant licensure (e.g., LMHC, LMFT).

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
