Job Title: Nurse Unit Supervisor - Experienced Leadership
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health as a Nurse Unit Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising assigned nursing staff and participating in direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Staff Development: Supervise and re-adjust staff based on facility needs, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Direct Patient Care: Participate in direct patient care by administering medication, providing primary skin care, and assisting in modifying treatment regimens to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs.
- Medication Administration: Administer medication to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Treatment Regimens: Assist in modifying treatment regimens to meet patients' unique needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state.
- National Provider BLS certification.
- At least 3 years of RN experience or previous charge nurse experience, or 2 years of relevant leadership experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $93,500 - $123,400 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and education assistance programs.
