We are seeking a seasoned Medical Director to join our thriving practice at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Washington.
The successful candidate will oversee the quality of care provided across the care continuum, provide medical leadership for clinical and business planning, and ensure high standards of medical quality assessment/assurance and continuing medical education.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Provide medical direction and oversight to healthcare teams
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the organization
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State as a Physician
- Board certification or similar accreditation
- Credentialed to practice in MultiCare Health System facilities
- Minimum of ten (10) years clinical experience, providing direct patient care
- Experience in a medical leadership role required
- Additional education in healthcare administration preferred
- A competitive salary of $550,000.00 per year, plus medical director incentive pay
- A comprehensive benefits package, including sign-on, relocation, loan reimbursement, and retention incentives
