Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education programs for staff members
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Provide expert consultation to all care providers
- Implement improvements in healthcare delivery systems

Qualifications:
- Master's degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by CCNE or NLNAC
- 3 years of registered nursing experience in area of specialty
- Current certification as a CNS (optional)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
