Senior Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Coordinator to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
