Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters, including talent development, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a strategic business partner to assigned clients, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and providing advice on HR-related issues.
  2. Work with Regional HR Managers and Operations Managers to evaluate staffing needs, develop organizational structures, and implement effective recruitment and talent development strategies.
  3. Manage HR matters for assigned clients, leveraging WIS Centers of Excellence to complete tasks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  4. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
  5. Ensure HR data integrity and quality, analyzing trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
  6. Partner with clients to analyze business unit needs, including identifying training requirements and individual developmental needs.
  7. Provide guidance and support to management on re-orgs, restructures, and acquisitions, as well as annual HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workforce Management or HRIS system data management and reporting.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in the oil and gas industry, manufacturing environment, or global/multi-national organization.
