Our client is a fast-growing wholesale furniture distributor with a dynamic office environment, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle customs documentation and import logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process import documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and HTS Codes.
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
  • Collaborate with the management team to assign additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an import logistics environment.
  • Strong work ethics and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • College degree preferred.
