Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and ensure the success of IT projects for a wide range of customers and technologies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and client IT projects
  • Oversee and procure project resource assignments and teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure project SLAs, processes, and deliverables are clearly documented, tracked, and communicated
  • Act as the first point of contact for any project issues and escalations
  • Manage cost, time, scope, and quality for each project
  • Ensure the project process and progress are clearly communicated to all stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key project metrics and overall performance to senior staff

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently to prioritize efforts and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with SCRUM, P+, Agile, or equivalent project competencies preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred

Hybrid Work Policy: As a full-time employee, you will be eligible to work remotely up to two days a week.

Compensation: Salaried Exempt $60,000-$75,000 DOE
