Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II UMBL to join our team at UMass Biologics. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget, scope, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion while meeting budget, scope, and schedule requirements.
  • Identify user needs and project requirements, and assist in developing project budgets.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Identify and anticipate project issues, consult with subject matter experts to develop solutions, and implement solutions.
  • Track and report on project status, including project deliverables, per the approved project schedule.
  • Adhere to regulations and execute projects according to predetermined approaches that meet regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to motivate personnel to work effectively and efficiently.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Office Applications and other relevant electronic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records, and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management internally and externally.
