Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping and custodial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Operations Management: Manage the Unit Operating System, ensuring all aspects of housekeeping and custodial operations are running smoothly.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring effective use of resources to meet operational needs.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of management experience in a related field, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and technology, with the ability to analyze data and present findings.
