Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our home medical equipment team, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining home medical equipment to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule deliveries with customers and make phone calls prior to delivery to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare equipment and supplies for delivery by ensuring they are complete and in safe working order.
  • Deliver equipment and supplies to clients' homes, set up equipment according to our policy and manufacturer's instructions, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate with clients about our services and billing information, and complete all necessary documentation within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Instruct clients on the safe and proper use of equipment, and document their return demonstrations.
  • Maintain our company vehicles and document vehicle maintenance.
  • Assist with inventory management, recording inventory levels, re-stocking, cleaning equipment, and performing preventative maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous home care and/or delivery experience preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of recent general work experience required.
  • Ability to complete mandatory reporting requirements, including Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training.
