We are seeking a highly skilled Health Information Management Senior Associate to join our team at Penn State Health. This role will be responsible for managing all electronic medical record tasks in our cutting-edge Health Information Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Release of Information, Disability Forms, reconciliation of dictation/transcription, and deficiency management under the direction of the HIS Supervisor and Manager.
  • Manage electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for managing electronic medical records.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two (2) years related experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Medical records experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
