Billing Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Auto Service team in Lakeland, FL as a Billing Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities:- Provide general billing information to policyholders via telephone calls.
- Process endorsements, take payments, and process payment plan changes.
- Participate in an up-skilling program to complete GEICO Service Training and licensing over time.
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, including listening and being empathetic.
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly.
- Open to feedback to support performance and development.
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
