Billing Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Auto Service team in Lakeland, FL as a Billing Customer Support Representative.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general billing information to policyholders via telephone calls.
  • Process endorsements, take payments, and process payment plan changes.
  • Participate in an up-skilling program to complete GEICO Service Training and licensing over time.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
  • Effective communication skills, including listening and being empathetic.
  • Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Open to feedback to support performance and development.
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
