Qualifications

Additionally, applicants should reside within a 1-2 hour drive from our headquarters to ensure operational flexibility and timely responses to flight schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on Crew Part 91 and Silver Air Part 135 flights by proactively anticipating and addressing guests' needs.
  • Communicate the range of available amenities to guests, ensuring they understand how to utilize these features for an optimal in-flight experience.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor during guest interactions, ensuring a positive impression.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas, ensuring all are in pristine condition.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the aircraft interior.
  • Collaborate effectively with the flight crew to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Cabin Attendant Handbook, maintaining Silver Air's high standards of service.
  • Manage catering orders and procurement of essential flight necessities tailored to each flight.
  • Keep the aircraft cabin fully stocked and organized according to Silver Air's standards.
  • Prioritize safety and compliance in all actions and duties.
  • Assist with the Initial Cabin Setup as needed.
Skills and Expertise
  • A college degree is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in high-end food and beverage services, along with luxury service experiences tailored to VVIP clients.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
