Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide help desk and onsite field support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Document all work in our ticketing system.
  • Administer Active Directory and Office 365 user accounts.
  • Support end-user hardware and software, including imaging, setup, and deployment of new systems.
  • Assist with basic mobile device support and provide training as needed.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure reliable internet, TV, and phone services.
  • Attend work regularly and participate in in-service training, staff meetings, and other activities to enhance professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and administrators to achieve team goals.
  • Follow Agency policies and procedures, and serve as a positive role model for individuals served and staff.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 administration, Active Directory user administration, PC and peripheral support, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • 1-2 years of experience providing similar support services.
  • Certifications recommended but not required.
