Backwaiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Backwaiter to join our team at The Boar's Head Resort. As a key member of our Mill Room team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

• Assist servers in the restaurant by running food, water service, and bussing tables, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Stock individual stations with necessary supplies, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Clear dirty dishes from tables and maintain the side stations in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including polishing and stocking silverware, preparing bread, and cleaning the kitchen.

• Polite and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Neat and clean appearance, with a willingness to follow rules for sanitary food service.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide prompt service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience.
• Preference given to those with previous experience working in a restaurant.
