Backwaiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Backwaiter to join our team at The Boar's Head Resort. As a Backwaiter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by providing exceptional support to our servers and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Assist Servers: Run food, water service, and buss tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stocking and Maintenance: Stock individual stations with necessary supplies and maintain the kitchen area in a clean and organized state.
• Customer Service: Provide polite, friendly, and attentive service to our guests, adhering to Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Four Diamond Service Expectations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.

• Customer Service Experience: At least 3 months of customer service experience, with a preference for those with previous experience working in a restaurant.
• Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Personal Qualities: Neat, clean appearance, and a polite, friendly manner when interacting with customers.
