We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinic Registration Representative II to become a vital part of our healthcare team. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison for patients, facilitating their experience both within the clinic and beyond. Your key duties will encompass the precise gathering and evaluation of demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical information necessary for patient registrations and appointments.
Moreover, you will assist in managing referrals and authorizations, all while embodying the core principles of Enloe Medical Center.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 6 months experience in a medical office setting
- Proficient in data collection, data entry, typing, customer service, and filing
- Experience in surgical environments, insurance verification, and securing insurance authorizations is preferred
- Familiarity with CPT procedure codes and ICD diagnosis coding is advantageous
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to adhere to instructions, thrive in a dynamic work environment, deliver outstanding customer service, and effectively manage their time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with general office equipment are essential for success in this position.
