Maintenance Team Member

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, walls, and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units.
- Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
- Assist in maintaining the outside grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
