Overview

  • LMI is seeking a Senior Working Capital Subject Matter Expert responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction for the Working Capital Fund (WCF) at a prospective client.
  • This position entails evaluating financial operations and program budgets to ensure effective management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver supervisory, technical, and administrative support to team members, ensuring precise and timely budget formulation and execution of the Working Capital Fund (WCF).
  • Oversee the programming, budgeting, formulation, integration, justification, and execution of initiatives within the WCF.
  • Advocate for the objectives associated with the WCF budget, defending it to key stakeholders including the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress.
  • Lead and mentor the team in performing in-depth analyses of multifaceted issues across various domains.

Qualifications

  • Possess an active Secret clearance.
  • Hold a graduate degree along with relevant certifications in finance, budget management, execution, or related disciplines.
  • Bring 8-12 years of experience in managing a Working Capital Fund.
