Bush Veterinary Neurology Service in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Client Care Representative to be part of our exceptional team. We value our team members and provide a supportive environment where they can grow and develop their skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client communication and education
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage client records
  • Answer incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and faxing
  • Check-out clients and ensure accurate discharge information and charges
Requirements
  • Veterinary Receptionist experience is required, with a minimum of 1 year
  • EzyVet or SmartFlow experience is a plus
  • Professional phone, in-person, and email etiquette is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Proven customer service skills and a positive team player attitude
