As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our educational institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line customer service to students, parents, and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Handle student-related matters, including late arrivals, early dismissals, and student well-being.
- Collaborate with school leaders, administration managers, and operation managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the institution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 GCE N Level Passes or Nitec or Higher Nitec in relevant courses such as Office skills/Customer relations or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or customer relationship management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Able to relate well with young children.
