Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Miller Pest & Termite. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Treat: Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Focus: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide clear explanations of services and treatment plans to clients.
  • Quality Maintenance: Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure that all work is completed to the highest level of professionalism.
  • Initiative and Responsibility: Take ownership of projects and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Service Suggestions: Utilize a team-oriented approach to suggest and sell services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Training and Meetings: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to team meetings and discussions.
  • Flexible Hours: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working hours to meet the needs of our clients and the company.
  • Safe Driving: Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience Requirements: Possess a proven track record of public-facing roles and experience in pest control or a related field.
  • Physical Requirements: Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, working with insects and rodents, and passing a respirator fit test.
  • Legal Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
