About the Role

This position will support the Principal Customer Specialists with day-to-day tasks associated with Customer Service. Responsibilities include quoting, aged WIP, and b2b maintenance, as well as ensuring past due promise dates are brought to the attention of Supervision and Working Leaders. The candidate will interact with internal customers, shop floor personnel, and multiple support areas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with shop floor control on specific part repair status and issues
  • Ability to multi-task, specifically within computer applications
  • Support MFA process and improvement initiatives
  • Raise delivery issues promptly to CSR Specialist
  • Familiarization with Customer Accounts
  • Review monthly Accounts Receivable
  • Generating Status Reports
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Support CORE initiatives
  • Strict adherence to Export Control requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Shift is 7:00am- 3:30pm
