Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage and connect with customers to create a memorable shopping experience, building relationships and brand loyalty through excellent customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing our selling strategy, sharing product knowledge with customers to maximize sales, and inspiring customers with your product expertise.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily opening and closing tasks, maintaining a clean, neat, and tidy store environment, and completing assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets and ringing up customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and professional environment, modeling our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Availability: Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
