Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple community departments, including operational and financial aspects
  • Provide quality on-boarding and training to associates
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Community
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of business, operational, and resident information

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience, including operational and financial experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team with the General Manager and Executive Chef
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to keep all business, operational, and resident information confidential
