Job Summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Personal Banker Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and identifying financial needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services to recommend solutions.
  • Proactively reach out to customers using approved marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
  • Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
  • Establish close working relationships with Business Partners to refer customers for timely financial solutions.
  • Meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals to enhance revenue growth.
  • Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
  • Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities and advanced math functions.
  • Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in terms of appearance and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
Working Conditions
  • Normal office environment with extended computer screen use.
  • Travel required for training and scheduling flexibility.
