Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers on the sales floor, and processing transactions at the register.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, answering questions and providing product information
  • Process transactions at the register, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
