PacifiCorp is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Power Delivery team as a Transmission and Distribution Planner. In this role, you will provide critical support to management and client organizations, ensuring the effective utilization of workforce resources and delivery of capital and operational management plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and counsel to management on workforce utilization and capital planning.
- Identify, prioritize, and ensure work for district resources aligns with budget and supports overall goals.
- Manage workflow, compliance, and reporting of wires conditions corrections from identification to completion.
- Conduct special studies, analyze data, and develop recommendations for management.
- Research, analyze, and implement new strategies, programs, and processes in response to changing internal and external conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum three years' experience in an applicable field, with program design skills and ability to communicate requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Three years of cost estimating experience in the high voltage industry.
- Project Management or Estimating Accreditation.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Experience with job cost accounting and variance analysis.
