Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and attentive Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Aurora Inn Hotel and Event Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch guest service, handling room assignments, and resolving guest issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate room assignments
  • Process guest payments and reconcile any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments and billing information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience
