Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Associate's degree required.
  • Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire.
  • Basic Life Support Certification is required on hire.
  • ACLS required upon hire, BLS is not required if employee has current ACLS.
  • TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire.
  • 1 year ICU experience preferred.
