We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
- Establish a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family
- Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
- Associate's degree in Nursing required
- RN License in the State of AZ or another compact state
- Current TNCC, ACLS, NRP, and PALS required based on level assignment
- Moderate & Deep Sedation required within 60 days of hire
- 3 years of experience in Critical Care including ER, PACU/ASU, ICU, IMCU, Cath Lab, and OB; 2 years of experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, SNU, Post-Partum, Clinics, & Inpatient Acute Rehab
