As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to ensure timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Associate's degree required
- Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
- Basic Life Support Certification is required on hire
- ACLS required upon hire, BLS is not required if employee has current ACLS
- TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 year ICU experience preferred
