Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, communicate patient information, and make informed decisions.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire.
  • 1 year ICU experience preferred.
