Job Overview:

HF Brands & Markets is seeking an Office Management and Financial Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our operations teams, including managing financial transactions, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing software applications.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a restaurant or food and beverage environment and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will also be proficient in software applications such as Hot Schedules, Toast POS, Clover POS, and Asana maintenance software.

Responsibilities include:
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable, including entering and verifying bills, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling daily cash
  • Managing the credit card tracking system for the location and preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports and financial statements
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned


Estimated Salary: $58,000 per year, based on location and experience.
