Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled GRC Analyst to join our team. As a GRC Analyst, you will be responsible for aligning IT activities with business goals and managing information security risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align IT activities with business goals and objectives
  • Manage information security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and InfoSec Lead to ensure effective risk management
  • Develop and implement company-specific IT policies outside of NIST
  • Collaborate with the GRC Lead to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a GRC Analyst
  • Experience managing NIST policies and identifying and implementing GRC security controls
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP
  • Excellent documentation and writing skills
  • Stellar personality and ability to work effectively in a team
