Compliance Monitoring and Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor compliance requirements for funds daily using Charles River Development's ComplianceMaster system.
  • Communicate compliance issues and develop resolutions.
  • Prepare monthly compliance reports and communicate any issues.
  • Develop and maintain a working familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables.
Systems and Technology

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to maintain a strong working familiarity with Charles River Development's ComplianceMaster system.

  • Assist the Fund Administration Compliance Manager in developing ways to enhance and automate the compliance function.
  • Assist with troubleshooting systems issues for domestic and global offices.
  • Assist with ComplianceMaster rule-writing and troubleshooting system issues.
Client Service and Compliance Review

We are committed to developing and maintaining strong client service relationships.

  • Develop and maintain a strong client service relationship with clients.
  • Assist with the completion of client conversions.
  • Complete review of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reporting for analyst-level staff.
  • Assist in training new analysts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 to 6 years mutual fund industry experience, including a minimum 2 to 4 years in a compliance-oriented role.
Other Requirements:
  • Charles River Development - ComplianceMaster experience.
  • Bloomberg experience.
