Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Assist in the architectural design of data center projects from conceptual phase to design completion, ensuring compliance with budget constraints, environmental factors, and client needs.
  • Drawing and Documentation: Modify and review production drawings for various building types, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interior Design: Design interiors based on client vision and architectural requirements, working closely with project managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Research and Data Collection: Assist in researching and compiling project-related data as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Quality Control: Correct and update drawings provided by senior architects, ensuring corrections are made across multiple software platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Assist with client presentations, renderings, and marketing collateral, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Field Inspections: Perform field inspections, measurements, or calculations for public and private clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Experience: Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
  • Skills: Portfolio demonstrating design and graphic presentation skills is preferred. Basic knowledge in standard architectural techniques, principles, and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills. Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Basic software and computer skills required, including BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites, and 3D Rendering Programs. Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership skills. Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred. Involvement on campus or in the community preferred.
  • Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions, or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
