Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $18.72 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and location. Our compensation package includes benefits that cater to your needs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Job Description
- Attend Team Decision Making (TDM) Meetings as a supportive voice for the families.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to implement concepts presented in orientation and training.
- Implement professional behavior elements such as effective communication, confidentiality, and respectful interaction.
- Complete all paperwork, including leave requests, mileage forms, and correspondence in an organized, accurate, and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude, sincerity, and willingness to help others at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Lifetrained paraprofessional with demonstrated experience as a parent or family member who has been involved in and negotiated the Child Welfare System.
- All cases with state/county agencies must be closed, and the candidate must be maintaining family stability.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Some travel is required.
