Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $18.72 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and location. Our compensation package includes benefits that cater to your needs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.


Job Description
  • Attend Team Decision Making (TDM) Meetings as a supportive voice for the families.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to implement concepts presented in orientation and training.
  • Implement professional behavior elements such as effective communication, confidentiality, and respectful interaction.
  • Complete all paperwork, including leave requests, mileage forms, and correspondence in an organized, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, sincerity, and willingness to help others at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Lifetrained paraprofessional with demonstrated experience as a parent or family member who has been involved in and negotiated the Child Welfare System.
  • All cases with state/county agencies must be closed, and the candidate must be maintaining family stability.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Some travel is required.
