The Progressive Care unit is a 30-bed department where we care for patients with a wide range of needs, from step-down to med-surg and swing patients. Job Summary

This position provides leadership and facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year hospital nursing experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a completion deadline within 5 years
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • BLS Healthcare Provider certification
Salary

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
