**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at TTI, Inc. in Orange County, CA. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales in our Orange County market by hunting for new opportunities, expanding existing relationships with current clients, and following up on potential leads.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Generate and pursue business leads and call on customers to create new opportunities
• Attend quarterly business reviews (QBR) with suppliers to understand business outlook and opportunities
• Work with local and regional suppliers to create partnerships that position the company as the primary distributor of choice
• Ensure timely and complete follow-through on every level of the sales cycle for key customers
• Answer and resolve customer technical questions, problems, and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends, and new concepts to identify potential opportunities for company growth
**Requirements**
• Degree from a four-year college or university preferred, with a minimum of two years of Engineering and/or Component Sales experience
• Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working with little to no direction when out in the field
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge, understanding, and/or experience in technical sales
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
• Strong computer skills and understanding of Excel
• Must possess a valid state driver's license, safe driving record, and be insurable by the company's liability carrier
• Must be willing to travel in assigned territory up to 50 percent of the time
