Essential Functions:

  • Utilize a company vehicle to travel to client sites for service evaluations and meetings
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with current clients
  • Lead and inspire our field staff while promoting a positive company culture
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients and team members
  • Mentor and develop field personnel to enhance performance

Job Setting:

  • Primarily based at client locations with occasional time spent at the branch office

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in problem identification and resolution
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • High proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Bilingual – Spanish preferred
