CCS Facility Services is looking for an Account Manager to oversee our customer relations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
This role involves managing our existing client accounts to guarantee that our services meet the highest standards.
Essential Functions:
- Utilize a company vehicle to travel to client sites for service evaluations and meetings
- Foster and strengthen relationships with current clients
- Lead and inspire our field staff while promoting a positive company culture
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients and team members
- Mentor and develop field personnel to enhance performance
Job Setting:
- Primarily based at client locations with occasional time spent at the branch office
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in problem identification and resolution
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- High proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Bilingual – Spanish preferred
