Position Summary:

As a Rental Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through exceptional customer service, assisting patrons with rental gear, and ensuring guests have the equipment and services needed for an unforgettable outdoor experience.

Position Specifications:

  • Shift & Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at our retail locations.
  • Assist guests in selecting the appropriate equipment - training will be provided.
  • Educate guests on the use of rental gear, safety protocols, and their responsibilities regarding the equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
  • May involve additional tasks such as processing transactions and retail sales.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and trends in the outdoor industry.
  • Ability to stand and engage in an active, team-oriented setting for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English is required.

A Rental Associate is a versatile team member who may work across various departments and roles to support our unified resort approach, which may include:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00. This reflects the range we expect to offer for this role, with individual compensation based on various factors.
