Job Title: Regional Sales Development Manager

Overview:

Norwill Inc seeks a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to promote and sell our innovative security solutions, including video surveillance systems, alarm systems, and access control systems. This role involves prospecting for new business, running provided leads, and visiting clients to install systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities across various market segments, including SMBs, SMEs, HOAs, and Multi-Family units.
  • Run company-provided leads to identify new sales prospects and existing client base expansion opportunities.
  • Visit clients to install systems and ensure seamless completion of installation visits.
Key Performance Metrics:
  • Clearly defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Client visit and installation completion quotas.
Compensation Package:

$45,000 annually (weekly pay cycle), plus a monthly vehicle allowance, paid holidays, PTO policy, and a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days.

Commission Structure: Earn a fixed percentage of closed gross generated revenues based on system/deal type, reported and settled monthly, with bonuses awarded for meeting or exceeding set quotas.
